Sigca is an application that allows the evolution of a forest exploitation to be monitored in real time, illustrating at all times the quantities of each type of product and quality that are pending removal, deposited on the loading dock ready to be transported or already delivered to the corresponding industry.It facilitates the traceability of products and their quality from the forest to the industry, based on an inventory of wood and its quality agreed in the sales contract between the forest owner and the timber company.It consists of a web platform and a mobile application.
Both are accessible with a username and password after registering.
The web platform allows visualizing and monitoring all the exploitations that are registered by the forest owner.
The mobile application is only intended to update the data on the unloading of wood at the loading dock by the exploitation operators and the carriers that deliver the product to the factory.It is an application created by Agresta S.Coop within the framework of the SIGCA operating group project: improvements in forest management for the quality and competitiveness of maritime pine.
The possibility has been opened to introduce other species and types of quality that are broader than those that could correspond exclusively to maritime pine.
